Birmingham Golf Classic Package, Pricing, and Policies
ITINERARY:
Sunday, April 23rd: This is the scheduled travel day to Birmingham. This evening at 7:00pm we will have a group meal in the hotel restuarant.
Monday, April 24th: The first round will be played on the Oxmoor Valley GC Ridge course. The non-golfers will enjoy a historical tour of Birmingham, AL
Tuesday, April 25th: The second round will be played on the Oxmoor Valley GC "Valley" course. The non-golfers will enjoy a tour of the famous botanical gardens and a great lunch in Birmingham, AL. After golf EVERYONE will be able to enjoy the Barber Vintage Motor Sports Museum with free entry. Not only cars but it has the "largest collection of motorcycles in the world".
Wednesday, April 26th: The final round will be played on the Ballantrae Golf Club course. The non-golfers will enjoy a free day to either go to a outlet mall, or go horseback riding. The Awards meal will follow the final round inside the Ballantrae Golf Club Clubhouse.
Thursday, April 27th: This is the hotel departure day for your trip back home.
GOLFER PRICE: $1595 (based on double occupancy in room) (Single Supplement $450)

>4 Nights accommodations at the Embassy Suites hotel, which includes a full breakfast each morning and a managers reception (free drinks) each evening.
>3 rounds of championship tournament golf, and range balls.
>Free entry into the Barber Vintage Motor sports Museum.
>Welcoming Dinner, and Awards meal. Plus Gifts for the Golfer.
>All Taxes and hotel fees.
>Over $6000.00 in total prize money (based on 32 golfers), and a crystal trophy to the champion.
NON-GOLFER PRICE: $995 (based on double occupancy in room)
Includes:
>4 Nights accommodations at Embassy Suites Hotel, which includes a full breakfast each morning and a managers reception (free drinks) each evening.
> 3 Hour historical Birmingham tour with lunch, plus an additional day tour planned.
>Free entry into the Barber Vintage Motor sports Museum.
>Ground Transportation to/from these planned sightseeing activities.
>Welcoming dinner, and Awards meal. Plus Gifts for the Non-Golfer
>All Taxes and hotel fees.

$ 100 per person (for each Golfer and Non-Golfer) With Entry Form (Button Below).
This is a *non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on this great trip.
You may pay deposit by Check or Credit Card. PLEASE note it on the entry form.
Cancellation Policy
*Deposits: Are Non-refundable unless we can replace you on the trip.
Cancel on or after March 20, 2023: At least 50% of the total fee. Also, since all rooms are based on double occupancy. If cancellation requires another person to apply the single supplement this will be taken out of the fee prior to any refunds.
However, if we can replace you on the trip we will refund you as much as possible.
